Things were very good except in the bathroom the shower was dripping (no matter how I tried to stop it) and the drips would hit the metal grate at the bottom. This made a constant "ping" sound, that once I figured out what it was, I put a washcloth there to absorb the sound. Fixing tis would save water for you and the headache of figuring it out for me.
Also, your front desk staff was very good, but he was alone and it was very busy. People were getting frustrated and while he handled it very well and respectfully, you could see that people were getting angry.
