    The pictures on the web are great but our view was of the next door resorts parking lot. There was no air conditioning in our unit or washer and dryer. I had call to make sure that we had those but when we got there we got an "oh well there are no other rooms". I had called with that request months before. When I asked about this I was told we should have requested a partial ocean view and ordered direct from the hotel rather than going through a third party. Was not impressed as there were so many nice placed in the same area.

    Don't fall for their "discounted pricing" as they are blatantly ignoring the new law outlawing "Junk Fees" and not disclosing the full price prior to booking. We were slammed with a $450 "cleaning fee" at check in. Buyer Beware!! New federal and state regulations, notably the FTC's "Junk Fees Rule" taking effect in 2025, require short-term rental (STR) platforms and hosts to display a total price upfront, inclusive of all mandatory fees like cleaning and service charges. This prevents hidden fees by requiring the full price (excluding taxes) to be shown in initial listings.
