Staff was very friendly. Room was clean, but kind of dated. Beds comfortable. Could probably put some artwork or other add a decoration to make the room a little bit warmer but other than that, it was great. Continental breakfast had lots of choices.

Currently the pool is empty which was a big problem for our family and truthfully hotels.com should have advisements for things like this... BUT Rich in management was very kind and helped us out which was the right thing to do.. but people do't always make the right ethical choices and he did. Thank you Rich.
