    Slightly dated but clean. However there was issues with aircon/heater which made the temperature not ideal. The staff spoke little English which is surprisingly for an international chain. Apparently there were issues with the maintenance. Twin beds were great as they are hard to come by in typical Japan hotels.

    The hotel is also walking distance to the Tsukuba station and many malls and shops. The staff and concierge were always accommodating, generous, and helpful our entire stay, replenishing the many amenities everyday. We had a wonderful stay overall.

    Loved our 2 night stay here. Staff is very helpful, polite and warm. Location is excellent. Next to train station, bus stop and mall. Small but clean and comfortable rooms. Highly recommend. Lots of places to eat nearby. Highly recommend.
