We had to get up early to catch a plane, they immediately drove us to the airport. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Our room was clean as was the rest of the hotel. They have a neat fire pit outside near checkout that was a great sitting area.

My stay here was great. Close to the airport and easy on and off to the interstate. I stayed here and explored the area for 3 days and 3 nights. Great location to NH, Mass and even Vermont. I was up seeing my Aunt and then went on a food expedition and there are so many many restaurants within a 2 hour drive, it was hard to narrow down where I wanted to go. Lobster, steamers,whole belly clams and even Peekytoe crab and a NE favorite, Steak Tips were on the menu. I didn't know that Steak Tips actually came from a specific cut of meat. A great trip and a great place to stay. Only thing that bothered me was the parking fee for self park. I get that people probably try to park here and then go to the airport, there should be a better way of enforcement of this problem. It may be just a cash grab also like so many businesses are using these days. Greed isn't always good.

Odd experience. Got my room key, went up and opened the door and there was someone in there already. It was super weird. I went down and told them and they said it was the 2nd time that has happened this hour. I was nervous that it would happen to me. I didn’t feel super reassured or safe. Overall, my stay was fine after but never has that ever happened to me. To say I was frazzled is an understatement

Property grounds were in need of weeding, landscaping. lawn areas in front should look better. Also every trash barrel was full. Room was OK, A/C was weak, we I got to the room the bathroom door was shut so the combo of the A/C being weak and it being hot out, the floor was slimy w condensation, pretty gross. Also, having to pay for parking was very aggravating, on top of the premium price per night. Also, I assumed breakfast was included, but again, I would have to pay for that as well, also aggravating that it wasn't included with the price of the room, like every other hotel. The best part of my stay were the staff- they were all wonderful.

We have been staying here over the years as a frequent flyer. This time we’re disappointing , you have to pay parking! elevator is filthy and smelly , carpets overall. Is rundown , sheets are no longer smooth, very snuggy. Time to change those musty smelly carpets!

After paying a rather expensive one night stay, you should not have to pay to park also. Especially if you are only going to be parking for about an hour while checking in and unloading before turning in your car. Really should not have to park at all. Disappointed.

Friendly staff. Room fine although no hairdryer. Breakfast food good. Was charged in error for a $79 dinner I didn’t have but receptionist deleted it at check out. Good to have a bus stop to downtown right outside hotel. Good to have shuttle from airport since I arrived at night.

No coffee in the morning. Both carafes were out and even though the staff saw this they ignored it. Microwave in the room was visibly dirty and covered in greasy fingerprints. Station where keurig sits was sticky and dirty. Was woken up at 4:30am by other guests stomping back and forth and slamming doors, going in and out of their rooms over and over again. For $240 an night and no parking available (had to pay to park) I would expect a cup of coffee in the morning and a clean room.
