    This ESA is one of the better ones Ive stayed in. Clean, bug-free for my 2 nights, full size refrigerator, decent size room. Facilities are ok and need some touchups here and there. The issues I have is the $100 deposit, the grab and go breakfast and the reception calling me at 10:45 am, asking me did I check out yet and checkout is at 11a.m. Besides check in is at 3pm, 4 hours later, so why are you rushing me out before the actual checkout time? Im not sure what type of clientele ESA is dealing with but these behaviors scream a lack of confidence in the clientele. Also, maybe ESA could work on a standard average price for each season instead of higher, unreasonable prices on the weekend. I actually need a long term month or 2 month stay but ESA prices are unreasonable for that time.
