Another lovely holiday catching up with old friends & making new friends, the hotel is spotless lovely & clean the staff are fantastic, it’s a shame the food has taken a bit of a nose dive the food is not as good as it has been in other yrs, they used to cook fish & meat lunch & evening now they have been cooking either meat or fish on the chef grill! I will be going back later in the yr

Overall, it’s a nice hotel within walking distance to the beach, with friendly staff. Sandra, in particular, was very helpful during our stay. However, the shuttle service amenity described by the hotel is operated through a third-party company, which was not very reliable and made transportation somewhat inconvenient.

Everything was amazing and the staff excelled in all areas. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The coffee and milk was restocked every day. Kitchen staff? Thank you for working SO hard!!!! You are all fantastic especially Andres in the dining room. Daria on reception is unbelievably professional and helpful and thank you for your kindness Bar staff of note are Alfonso and Sofi who tended to us nightly and made us laugh and feel at home
