    Having stayed here many times, I was left very disappointed when during a period of 6 stays over the course of consecutive weekends, when I had a discrepancy with one misplaced booking, I was not only dismissed by the manager on duty, but lied to, given false expectation of a fair resolution and only when I followed up after waiting over a week, was responded to, but only to totally disregard my discrepancy and denied any process of formal complaint even telling me that he’d spoken to management above him and that he could not do anything, whereas I was told by main customer services that it was down to the hotel manager but he denied this and rudely and patronisingly dismissed my request for fair resolution with total disregard for my recent and previous custom which proves to be unrecognised and of no importance to this particular manager. It wasn’t the first instance of this having happened when an issue raised. But after happily continuing to use the hotel and give the benefit of doubt for the previous situation I cannot be treated in such away twice and continue to spend my money with them as my first choice when in area needing accommodation and now no longer a consideration of choice for me. The rest of the staff were exceptional as always, and is a big part of why staying here was always a pleasant experience and am saddened that I cannot rely on its integrity or trust in its system should anything happen or need resolving and their assistance required as I’d kick myself for allowing them to fail me again having had warning of the incompetencies of management
