Everything was fine except for the unexpected room deposit which cost more than the room itself and still hasn’t been refunded 5 days later despite the receptionist telling us that the room fee would be taken out of the room deposit, which it wasn’t, so we are out of pocket until the refund is processed.

Quick response to an issue in the room. Would still rate it excellent as they responded quickly and kindly. Breakfast was wonderful, everything was clean
