    Great price, no elevator, indoor and has three floors. Close to freeways. Overall convenience.

    First room had black mold on the bathroom walls- literally covering the top half of the walls. Bullet hole? In the wall strange orangey red stains on the walls trash and food on floors and under furniture. Second room slightly cleaner with trash under furniture but air conditioner did not work properly and room smelled musty and damp.

    It is your basic Super 8. It is close to the park, the coffee was hot and the stay was friendly.

    The hotel smells of marijuana and mildew. They DO NOT HAVE BREAKFAST but claim they do, juice is watered down if available at all and the muffins are gross. A/C unit blows warm, mood on ceilings, TV didn't work correctly, smoke detector was missing and they claim that taking a bath is a fire hazard. The reviews show a much nicer breakfast selection, but that is not true. Only positive note was the staff let us move away from the marijuana smell and where the AC actually worked.
