    Balcony rooms are really “balcony-view” rooms, as the doors to the tiny balconies are nailed and caulked shut.

    Staff is not well trained and not very friendly. Despite being a club member they refused point credits for the stay. The manager helped in the end. Also, the room we were supposed to get was not made up when we entered. As noone helped with the luggage (another point to mention) we had to walk back to reception and fet someone to check the room, walk back, then we received another room. The staff made us feel like we are beggars rather than customers and they have an attitude problem.
