The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is excellent for walking to the historical sites of Old Istanbul. Accommodations are luxurious and quiet.

Everything at this property was absolutely amazing. The location is within walking distance to many sites. The hotel food was wonderful. Transportation from/to airport was seamless and worth every.single.penny. Above all, every single member of the staff at the Four Seasons was warm, welcoming, and excited to help in whatever way they could. The concierge facilitated dinner and hammam reservations, provided tour information, even researched the best lamp making class for us. They went above and beyond anything I could have imagined and even decorated my room for my birthday. Nightly fruit and treats after long days of exploring the city were just another example of how the hotel pampers its guests. The Four Seasons cat was a bonus. If there is one thing that distinguishes this hotel above other luxury hotels - it is their commitment to hospitality. I would not hesitate to book and I would return in a heartbeat. Thank you Four Seasons for an unforgettable 6 nights in Istanbul.

This was my third trip to Turkey and I recommend this hotel as the best place to stay in Istanbul as first comer especially if you will be staying for 3 to 4 nights. Easy access to all the historical sites in the old city, and you can then get on a free boat to other Four Seasons property, enjoy the Bosphorus with convenience
Fabulous hotel, impeccable service, great breakfast, amazing Turkish bath. Small gym and no swimming pool is the only thing missing but that is the choice you are making by staying in a boutique feel. love the uniqueness
Even after going to Four Seasons in HK, Bangkok, and Ko Olina Oahu for many years, this is now my favorite Four Seasons globally - Well done
