    Although the pool was closed during summer, the place was very clean and comforting. The staff was very friendly and the location was super convenient.

    While the hotel and location were OK for what was needed, the staff was horrible. First off, unless you told the hotel, they would not do a full clean of your room. And even telling them, they didn't do it. They would bring new towels and empty trash but no making of beds. Also, no hairdryer in room and very rude when bringing one. In talking to staff, they were rude. Dining room closed for breakfast before the scheduled time and the lady over it was very rude. Customers are your business so hotel staff from the top down need to learn that if you don't have customers, you won't be in business long.

    Staff is kind and respectful. Well located. It's always clean, but the smell sometimes leaves much to be desired. The only downside it's the lack of availability to check in early.
