    Location is great, close to red line train line and easily walkable too. The hotel was comfortable and staff were cheerful.

    The room was spacious and clean, they couldn't accommodate the room I initially booked due to none being available, so they were kind enough to give us an upgrade to a suite free of charge, just had to pay the initial deposit. Other than that, amazing staff as they were attentive to my needs and it's a walkable area. Would definitely come back here.

    Great location--just about 2 blocks from a CTA station, with Michigan Avenue and several bus stops nearby. Very convenient for getting around and visiting Chicago's tourist spots. The receptionists were smiling and helpful. We arrived about 2 hours early, but early check-in came with a fee, so we decided to grab lunch instead. They were happy to hold our luggage in the meantime. The room was spacious enough for two people with luggage, but definitely outdated and had a musty, dusty feel. And the toilet seat was tiny--you practically have to sit sideways Overall, decent for the price, especially considering the location and easy access to public transportation.

    Lol this room looked like it had roaches it had to book it so last minute and this was within my budget I made sure I kept all my bags, clothes up high!! Unless you really need too or this is the only thing in your budget dont book it.
