I will let the pics speak for themselves. However, the lighting was horrible. We had a cricket in our room that kept us awake until my husband got out of bed and found it and got rid of it. There was an obvious remodel going on. I booked months in advance and wasn’t told this was happening. The smoke alarm was removed, it smells dank in the room. Beds were not comfortable. Two towels in the room for 3 people. The cornfield outside the window was cool.

Read reviews prior to booking and was a bit skeptical. I was understanding of the current renovations still in progress of the facility, including some visible spots in my room. I was still satisfied with my short stay as the room was clean and everything worked just fine. The riim was at a great temperature when i arrived, sheets were clean and the room did not have any bad odor to it. Yes upgrades are still being made, but i will not hold that against them.

Found the general condition very poor. Room recently painted with paint on trim, curtains torn. lamps dirty. Hallway on 2nd floor was dirty and carpet worn out. AC in main building was off but fine in room. Staff were very good, always friendly and helpful.

Maybe they were doing renovations, but the hallways were flithy, the door latch wasn't there. Like even during renovations you can clean up as you go. The breakfast was very subpar, the juice was hot and the food was not it. But inside the room it was nice

This was the dirtiest and most unhygienic hotel experience I ever had. Our room smelled strongly of solvents. After an exhausting day of travel we decided to stay because we were able to open the window and aired out the room.

The property looked like it was in mid-construction with chirrock scrapings all over edges. all the carpets in the hall looked dirty. no air condition in all the common areas. The approach to my room was dirty humid and not welcoming. it set the tone for the stay.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. They made the staff worth it! Although the hotel was in renovation mode; they accomidated my every need---going above and beyond to please me. The hotel itself was very quiet. My young kids slept in everyday with no noise issues.

Bad. In midst of remodel. Filthy carpet. Construction dust everywhere. Back door security completely removed. Hundreds of pieces of furniture in the parking lot. Fresh paint couldn’t hide the smell of smoke in room. Squishy bed. No drain stopper in tub. Staff brought a filthy, used one to try. Phone not working. No room-number plaque in the hall. Terrible.

The employees were very nice. I wish we had been told about the remodel when we made the reservations. The pictures were misleading. After a long, 10-hour drive, the hot tub was empty.

They were in like mid renovations which wasnt stated. The jacuzzi had no water for being cleaned, so we couldnt use that. The pool had green water but I was also told it would be emptied soon to add fresh water. I understand things like that need to be done but that was our whole reasoning for choosing this hotel. In the room, the bathtub was dirty, the shower head wasnt fixed to the wall, and when i opened the door that goes from one room to the other, there was 2 pills on the ground. After looking them up, I found out they were narcotics. Fortunately I dont have a small child that could of picked that up and put it in their mouth. We were supposed to stay 2 nights and ended up leaving after the first.

Second room hvac was not cooling. Room still under renovation. Breakfast was not complete. Only bread, and yogurt available. Coffee was ok.

There was no notification when booking online that this hotel was under complete renovation. The amenities listed were not available. Fitness room was storage for all the materials for the renovation. The hot tub was 1/2 filled and filthy. The side entry doors were wide open all day. There was no WiFi for TV. Requesting a refund! Checked out a day early as well.

This place needs cleaned. Top to bottom. I was shown 4 rooms upon check in just to find a room without debris on the floor my child wouldn’t put in her mouth. I had to request cleaning supplies myself just to get a room clean enough to stay in. I had to request the fridge to switched just to have a working fridge since we were traveling and had a cooler of drinks and snacks for the kids. Lamps without bulbs. No working phone in the room. Bed linens dirty and needed changed. The stool in the room was gross and what appears to be mouse dropping on but the gentleman at the desk informed me was just dust. Drywall chunks around toilet base, unswept floors, and dirty smelling rooms. We were also under the impression our children could swim in the pool area, that was not the case. The pool did look like it was in okay condition but the hot tub was half empty with gross standing water. The floors of the pool room hadn’t been swept probably this whole year and I’m not kidding. There was old dirty socks on the floor in there. The shower area was leaking and was atrocious! Half the room didn’t have numbers “due to remodeling” that includes the 4th room we were given. When telling them how dirty the rooms were and refusing to have my children in there they asked me what they were supposed to do. I kept telling them “I don’t know I paid for a CLEAN and safe room, I know that’s not much to ask but I shouldn’t have to tell you how to do your job OR offer to do it myself” VERY GROSS!!!!!

Under construction. Messes everywhere and rooms open throughout the halls. Nobody was working on anything when we were there. Waited for 10 minutes to get checked in because nobody was at the front desk. Breakfast was bad. Ice machine was in bad shape and not even plugged in. Our room was extremely dusty. Elevator was scary.
