Bathtub did not drain made it disgusting. Called front desk and left message no resolve until I called again in the morning.

Everything was great until we were sleeping in the morning (only 9am) and an unknown person or house keeping used a key and opened up our door. No knock at all. Only thing preventing them from getting in was the door stopper. Very startling to wake up to. When we went to check, we found out our keys no longer worked. Reported it to the front desk, she was very nice but didn’t give a reason for why this could have happened.

The hotel was close to the airport but very quiet. We were also happy with the shuttle service. We left our car parked at Courtyard Marriott and hope all goes well picking it up at the end of our travels.

The desk workers were all nice, courteous, and pleasant. Even the shuttle drivers were great. We had to call for new towels because the cleaning crew never came. It was a pleasant stay.

My check-in was great. My room was filthy. I love to review while I was there that was very unpleasant and it was rectified somewhat by their AGM after leaving the hotel I spoke with their general manager, or Laura and she was able to go above and beyond to make me feel better about coming back. The pool was great. The hot tub was hot although the bubbles/massage doesn’t work. Take a nap provide regular coffee unless you ask them for your room or you could buy Starbucks downstairs for a pricey price. About this hotel that they didn’t have bugs or scary people stay in the hotel

We were there for one night after a long night of travel and to break up our trip we stopped here to get some sleep. We were woken up by the fire alarm going off at 5am with no explanation as to why. We never saw any hotel personnel to explain what was happening. We knew we wouldn't get back to sleep so we left to continue our journey.

On the plus side, the staff were super good. Pool and jacuzzi were great! Breakfast was good. But both the bed and sofa were terrible. So many of these elite chains don’t know how to put a comfortable chair or sofa in a room. And the bed is so high off the floor that you need a ladder to get in it! Won’t stay here again for this reason.

The staff was wonderful They were friendly and helpful The bathroom was clean and remodeled Glad to see a handrail in the shower The AC didn't pull humidity out of room Carpeting was damp and smelled especially when you first entered the room The AC struggled to cool the room The vanity faucet had I constant drip We tried our best to turn water off but weren't always successful Wallpaper was coming off the wall another link to the high humidity Worst of all there were Earwigs BUGS!!! Humidity will invite them and this room was humid I think room 210 needs a top to bottom do over
