The breakfast sandwiches were amazing. First room we had checked into, the fridge wasn’t working but they made it right and got us into a different room. Also liked how the checkout time was 12, so we could take our time getting around and ready and then check out.

Staff was great, everyone form the receptionists to the restaurant. My only suggestion is to keep lore trash cans in the room. Only had one, didn’t have one in the bathroom. The first day my room didn’t get cleaned (I requested not to the next day), but by the end of my stay the trash can was very full, and that was for only one person.

I had stayed here before and it was great again. The staff were exceptional and made effort to talk with me as I walked in the door. Parking rates are GREAT for Indy as well. Room was perfect also.

The jotel eas clean znd inviting. However the mattress in my room was very uncomfortable. I work up with a bCk ache. The mattress need to be changed.

We have stayed here before and enjoyed it. On this visit however, we were put in a room with only a chair and no sofa bed as the reservation had stated there would be a sofa bed. So the room was smaller and it was a handicap shower which allowed water to get all over the floor since there was only a slight lip to keep the water contained. Otherwise, the staff was amazingly cordial and the bed was comfortable and the surroundings were quiet.

Stayed for 3 nights. Hotel is in a great location next to canal, museums, etc. The staff were incredible. Everyone was so friendly and went the extra mile to make me feel welcome. They provided suggestions for dining and excursions. It’s really the staff that made the hotel stay so lovely.

I enjoyed my stay, the property was clean, great location, short walk to most places I went to during my stay. The staff was very friendly, most importantly Rylie (excuse me if I spelled that incorrectly). She was very friendly, always greeted us with a smile and had made time to chat with us for a bit, she made sure we had everything we needed during the stay.

On the first night the room had no heat. Unpacking was already done, and had traveled almost four hours. They wanted to switch rooms, but was too tired for the nonsense. Switched rooms the next day, and was moved into a room whereby the television did not work. Ended up moving into another room. The stay was not pleasant, and I was not compensated properly by the hotel for my disappointment…

I asked for housekeeping when I checked in. No one cleaned my room during my stay. No new coffee. Breakfast choices were very limited and I did not care for my food both days. Bathroom door frame is molded and needs painting. Sink on vanity is cracked. Great location and easy access to mall and restaurants.
