Bed was very cozy. It was relatively quiet, which I really needed. Super sweet girl who checked me in after a long drive.

We we went to breakfast and the juice was out as well as the yogurt. Went to front desk, told them, and she immediately went and changed them out. Front desk was super friendly and even allowed us to swim longer than pool was open. Pillows are like the size of throw pillows lol which was odd but they were still comfy. Was a stain on our comforter that almost looked like baby food could have been spilt but no other complaints. Will stay again if we ever need to come back this way. View was also really nice of the water.

Hotel is in a great location, safe, and many dining options close by. Was a little sad the lake was frozen and didn't get to see the usual birds. Breakfast was the same both mornings, was hoping for a little variety. I guess staying if December is a bit different.

The room was in excellent shape when we arrived. The desk clerk was very courteous and welcoming. It was just a one night stay but very comfortble. A+ grade.

It is a bad idea to have motion activated lights in the entryway. We woke each other up several times over night. A bathroom nightlight of some sort , however, is very much appreciated.

The phrase, putting lip stick on a pig comes to mind. The room, on the surface, looked nice but once you start looking around, there were stains on the lamp shades, Bible, and elsewhere around the room. The walls are paper thin. There was a large group of unsupervised football players yelling, slamming doors, and knocking on our door over and over through the night. In talking with the staff, they were not very accommodating. There are VERY ACTIVE train tracks you can hear throughout the night. Our entire family did not get a good nights sleep, to say the least. We requested a different room, were told none were available. Will never be staying at a Best Western ever again.

Our room was clean and spacious! Loved the lake view! Liked the lotion and shampoo! Breakfast was average...wish they'd serve real eggs and make hot oatmeal in the pot. Enjoyed the yogurt machine! Muffins were artificial tasting. Coffee was great!

Though the buildings decor may be a little dated it was one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed at all appliances were in the room and working normally they say refrigerator in room and don't have 1 but indian oak delivered on theirs!! Close to the interstate and places to shop also 2 minutes from downtown area amazing.

I have stayed here several times for business. The facility is clean and quiet and the breakfast is fine. It is a two story facility and there is no elevator. For those of us who have multiple items to bring to the room, this may be a slight inconvenience.

Ac was great, room was spacious and comfortable, patio view was very nice, National and State Park near by, great restaurant selections and some within walking distance. Rooms were clean, plenty of parking, and a very quiet area.

Loved the location on the lake. Close proximity to Indiana Dunes National Park. Quite a few restaurants nearby which was convenient. Right off the highway but couldn’t hear the traffic, which was optimal.

Staff was awesome. Rooms were very comfortable. Saturday breakfast staff was awesome. Breakfast room very clean and she was very attentive. Sundays breakfast staff was not very attentive or did not keep it clean and stocked. Front desk staff was awesome.
