The WORST room I've stayed in, in a long time. The room hadn't even been vacuumed, there was dust everywhere, and I found hair in the bed. The outlets didn't work in the bathroom, the drains in the sink, bathtub, and whirlpool tub were all broken. The furniture was incredibly run-down and the room/hallways smelled horrible.

Called the motel before I booked was told pool was open that is what we wanted fo our grandson get there and was told pool has ben shut down for weeks never stayed just left

Staff was friendly, room was clean, small pool though. The hallway smelled like cleaning products and the hot breakfast was basic but warm. Could not bring breakfast food to the room, had to eat there.

The overall stay for the amount was reasonable due to the condition of the hotel (Needs A Few Updates). The beds kept sliding away from the headboard, so that made the mattress uneven on a slope. The breakfast is the same thing everyday and not hot. House keeping is terrible if you staying more than 3 days. The water for showers was warm and wouldn't get hot. Front desk tried to be helpful as possible.

The room stank, the carpets were all wet, the floors in the bathroom were sticky, and the shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The needs were the only thing that looked ok. We kept our shoes on unless we were sleeping. The breakfast was also abysmal. The entire stay was just awful. Strongly do not recommend.

Photos online show a nice hotel. Those photos are from 20 years ago when it was nice. Hotel has not aged well. Not a nice, clean hotel or hotel room. Toilet ran all night due to the innards needing replaced. Missing grout in the shower so they used white caulk and filled in the missing grey grout with silicone and not cleanly. Seems like everything was rigged or poorly fixed. For the money I wouldn’t stay there again.

Our carpet felt damp, and there was a sticky spot on it that we finally just threw a towel on so that we would stop stepping on it. The bathroom was pretty gross, but not as gross as our previous hotel. The elevator made scary noises as it stopped, and the kids and I joked that we were never quite sure if this would be our last elevator ride ever or not. I wish I could remember the other cringeworthy things, but unfortunately, we have had three less than mediocre hotels this trip, and this was not the worst.

The worst hotel experience I have ever had. The room smelled of mold really bad and was dirty. Dust in the bedroom area, dead bugs in the bathroom. AC unit was very loud and did not work as intended. I was not able to sleep more than couple hours because of the smell and I left very early. The receptionist was nice.

Just all around a not-great experience. My check-in was kind of strange because he couldn’t find me, but he said it was because of their network or something. Turns out, he didn’t properly check me in; how do I know? The phone call at 1:00AM asking me if I was still planning to check in. I groggily said, “What? I’m here…???” Floor 3 smelled like off brand cheese tortilla chips, and my room smelled musty. The paint was chipping on the walls, the remote was missing a battery cover (antennae tv channels only), the fridge looked like it had not been cleaned, the bed was made but tousled, the room generally just seemed nasty. I had no desire to take a shower there. I woke up early, 6AM, and had no desire to stay a moment longer there and left.

Front desk staff was very welcoming. The bed room was above average and updated. Nice comfy beds. Quiet and dark! Bathroom was not clean! Looked like they take a mop and swish everything to the corners. Shower grout on the tub and all tiles was moldy and someone attempted to cover over 1/2 of it randomly with white silicone and smeared silicone well outside of the grout line onto brown tile. Pool was closed indefinitely, but we got in too late anyway. We had to leave 6am and breakfast didn't start till 6:30, not even coffee.

My stay would have been straight but the smell of urine was bad in the room and after given staff time to clean they didn’t do anything but change the towel on the tub also there’re old towel left on the tub and no one took that out after the clean.The rug needs cleaned and the shower curtain reeks of urine and last but not least the ironing board stained the white dress I had to wear because the ironing board cover was very nasty.

The hotel was unable to find our Hotels.com reservation in their system, so we couldn't check in and were stuck in the lobby. The front desk staff said there was a problem connecting to the Hotels.com system that day/night (we were the 3rd "check-in" that they couldn't find when someone was trying to check in). We had to call Hotels.com 3 times. During the 1st call, Hotels.com contacted the hotel and verified the reservation and room availability. After the call, we went to check in and they couldn't check us in because they couldn't find the reservation. We called back to get a confirmation number that was different from the one included in our reservation info. We tried checking in again with the number he requested. He said our reservation was cancelled. We called Hotels.com again, and they said it was not cancelled and called the hotel again while we waited. After going back and forth a few times, the hotel was able to find the reservation and check us in to our room. It was not pleasant. I've used hotels.com for years and years, and this has never happened before.

This place was terrible. The elevator wreaked, the rooms smelled damp and we found black mould on the window will and heating/cooling unit. The shower was disgusting, the grout was missing on many of the tiles and one of the tiles almost fell off the wall. We paid for a queen bed but was given doubles. When I asked about the bed, they claimed it was a queen.

The grey sausage & the cut-up egg patties were insane & not in a good way. The waffle even had a weird taste. Overall, my stay was okay.

For some reason, this hotel attracts clientele that smoke and set off fire alarms. There's a nasty sign on the breakfast room door about not taking food back to your room (some people don't want to eat food in a crowded room with strangers if they don't have to). The fire alarm went off multiple times late at night. The security bolt was broken in the room door.

My stay at the Comfort Inn in Hobart, Indiana, was one of the most appalling hotel experiences I have ever had. It was truly inexcusable how horrendous this hotel was from the moment I arrived. Upon entering, the elevator was absolutely filthy. The disregard for cleanliness continued into the hallways, where trash was scattered across the floor on the way to my room. However, nothing could have prepared me for the state of the room itself – it was utterly disgusting. The issues were endless: the bathroom sink handle was broken, rendering it difficult to use. The air conditioner was covered in a splattered brown substance, which was nauseating to even look at. To top it all off, the bed was incredibly hard and uncomfortable, making a good night's sleep impossible. This was a truly horrible experience. The only reason I endured it was due to checking in near 1 AM, leaving me with no other viable options at such a late hour. I strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere. The lack of basic cleanliness and maintenance is unacceptable.

Check-in was good, was able to check in a little early which was super helpful. Room was clean, and cool temperature when we walked in, bed was comfy, nice to have fridge and microwave. Very nice stay.
