We were locked out of our room three times because the dead bolt moved enough to prevent the key card from unlocking the door. The lady at the front desk had to bring her "magic" card twice to release the lock. My wife went to the laundry when this happened. Luckily, I was in the room and opened the door. It was reported on Saturday. It happened again on Sunday. Not good.
On Monday, we didn't get fresh towels, etc.. Somebody forgot us. Luckily, Heidi to the rescue! I told her about the oversight. In only a couple of minutes, she was back with the bath items. Very nice lady!!
We didn't appreciate the dog barking for ten minutes from 12:05 A.M. on Sunday.
Breakfast was very good. All of the staff members were polite, friendly, and professional. We stayed here last year. That is why we came back.
