This property has around 100 rooms, but it seems that there is only one person working at the reception at a time. There was no one available to help me take my luggage to my room. I had a particularly difficult experience because I use a wheelchair and had just undergone knee surgery. Imagine having to carry or manage your own suitcase while checking in and checking out under those circumstances. During the daytime, I asked the receptionist for help with my suitcase, but she refused. She explained that she was the only person at the reception and could not leave the desk to assist me. I understand that staffing can be challenging, but basic assistance with luggage should be available, especially when a guest has a mobility issue or has recently undergone surgery. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I cannot recommend booking this hotel. I’m very sorry to leave a negative review, but I feel that the service I received did not meet reasonable expectations, particularly regarding accessibility and guest assistance.
