The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were exceptional, I would stay here again 100%. The warm cookies at the front desk were THE BEST honestly hats off to whoever thought of that. I stayed in 3 hotels over the holidays and this one was by far the best experience.

The room was great. However, we booked one night as the hotel advertised a hot tub and sauna. Neither were working, along with a dysfunctional water fountain, changing areas that smelled and no towels. We explained this to the front desk as we checked out and were rewarded with a cookie.
