Checked in; no working HVAC. We were told at 4 pm and again at 9:30 pm that it would be fixed At 11:00 pm we abandoned the freezing cold property and found a room across the bay in West Palm Beach. The managers Dane and Stephanie also promised us we would be refunded the prepaid fees - this did not happen and we are forced to dispute with the credit card company after 20 days.

For the price paid for a room per night, the hotel was sub par. Staff was pleasant and exceptional in all my dealings. The room, fitness hallways — incredibly old, dingy and dated. Not worth the price. The restaurant and location are ideal though.
