Check in process was terrible due to hotels.com. Hotels.com did not give me all the confirmation numbers or did not make me aware that there were mulitple numbers. Which made the check in process difficult. The feont desk person disnt care to help either. He told us i dont lnow its a third party. Also the pool was putbofnorder atvthe hotel whichnis the reason we chose the hotel. Bad experience overall.

We only stayed one night thinking we can handle a few inconveniences. Noise level high and beds not comfortable. Tables in breakfast area not cleaned routinely. Will not stay again when passing through.

My first room was not cleaned very well. One of the night stands had not been wiped there was sticky soda or some sticky drink all over and to make it worse hair was in it. I went to call the front desk and the phone didn't work. On a positive note I went to show the picture I took to the front desk and she didn't put me out ..she gave me a suite.. thank you for helping me.

The staff was very friendly and very professional. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. The bed was very comfortable. However, the general appearance was very rundown and unkept. The walls were gross in our room. Everything was just very old and there was a smell…. At least they didn’t try to cover itup with some perfume air freshener.

First room assignment was for an occupied room. Second one had toilet water that emerged in the sink when flushed. Third one smelled like body odor. Bed had something under the mattress that felt like a bar. Front desk was nice and accommodating, did her best to make things better.

THE ROOM WAS CLEAN, AND IT WAS QUITE BUT EVERYTHING IS VERY VERY RUNDOWN. BROKEN MOLDING, FLOORING STAINED CARPETS, CURTAINS HALF HANGING OFF WALLS SCRATCHED AND MARKED UP. NEEDS UPDATING AND COMPLETELY REMODELED.

This was one of the worst places I’ve stayed in awhile. Bathroom door drags and is warped on the bottom, the door also looks dirty. Light switch is at an angle not sure that the one switch even works. The shower rod has been pulled out of the wall a couple of times with poor repair, one of the holes is still there. The shower was freezing cold. My shoes stuck to the bathroom floor, there are many stains on all the carpet in hotel. Door to room doesn’t latch until you push it shut. The bed sheet wasn’t on straight.
