    This is a beautiful location with great accommodations and staff who do their best to make your stay pleasant and relaxing. Property is well maintained and very clean. I would definitely recommend to others.

    This is the second, and last time we will stay here. It's a shame really. This is one of three big hotels in the lovely waterfront new Bern area. But it definitely needs to be refreshed. Both times now the beds have been awful. one of each bed, the night stand side, is just worn. So my wife and I end up sleeping on the better but still mediocre side of two separate beds. Plus everything's is just worn. The sofa for example looks pretty good and worn. And the sockets are sketchy. They barely hold a plug. And some don't work for lack of contact. The location is great. The restaurant is ok. And the staff are nice. But we need decent beds!!
