    Easy on/easy off access to everything. Room very clean, awesome pool and continental breakfast. Highly recommend.

    Let me start by saying, yes it is very cost effective to stay here. but at what cost? The room looked like it hadn't had a good vacuum in a while. The bathroom was pretty gross, also. The toilet was clean but the shower and floor were to be avoided if possible. We were in town for a conference, so didn't want to spend a bunch to stay at a waterpark hotel when we wouldn't be using those amenities. But I didn't even want to shower. There were 3 of us girls, so we needed more shampoo/conditioner and towels. The woman at the front desk answered my call, I asked her for what was needed and she said I'd "have to go to the front desk to get it since she was in a guest room". Minor inconvenience since it was late and I was in my jammies, but fine. Then I got there, they were hesitant about giving me more than one of each toiletry, and got snappy because I "needed to bring the dirty towels to get new ones". I told her she didn't mention that on the phone and now I'd have to walk back up and down. She told me I "should have asked when I called" which I did. It was quite rude, because she clearly wasn't listening to me when she answered my call originally. Her demeanor was very stand off-ish and rude. The continental breakfast was fine, but we didn't eat much, as there wasn't a lot of options. The sausage and even the waffles tasted a little off. We chose not to eat the second day. There was a gentleman working during the day that was pleasant, and he was kind to my children. And the beds and pillows were comfortable. Other than that, wouldn't stay here.

    I wasn’t happy that I had to be charged an extra $100 for the stay in case of any damage. Wasn’t prepared for that extra fee out of our funds for the trip. I understand why but would have liked a heads up on that, and will take 3-7 days to get it refunded. Also the bathroom is very small and uncomfortable trying to use the toilet jammed in next to shower. Knee hits toilet paper holder and sink outside of bathroom. Otherwise everything else is ok.
