Location was great stayed two night first night ate at the Hotel Restaurant food was the best I have had in a long time. Second night did not eat there didn’t like the new menu.

Had a lovely week long stay with my mother who has mobility needs. All staff were very helpful and friendly, the breakfast buffet had a huge selection and a the Spa and pool are lovely. I definitely hope to visit again. Was very easy walking distance from town and sea front.

We booked this hotel as Expedia had it listed as having parking , it only has 10 spaces which were all ready pre booked at £15 euros a day. Parking opposite was 35 euros per day . We would not have booked the hotel if we knew the parking situation. The hotel said this was Expedia not their fault. The hotel is spotless and the staff were excellent. The room we had was really small but very clean. The rooms are not ready until 4. We used the indoor pool but none of the other spa facilities as there were charges for them. We did not eat there.

Spend 3 nights to see the local area. Hotel is in a good location close to Beach and Centre with everything in easy walking distance. Very nice room and staff were really friendly and helpful, will certainly go back. Excellent restaurant!!

Stayed here on business when visiting Saint Nazaire, turned it into a Holiday as such a nice place to stay. Hotel staff are good and the restaurant is very nice, a bit pricey but all fresh food. Love the area on the beach and great for cycling and walks.

Totally fine place for a couple of nights. Good breakfast. Hotel has a pool but you need to bring towels from your room which seems really silly (and cheap). Room layout was odd but room was clean . Overall not as nice as most BW hotels in France.

Very good service - my son became ill during the trip and they were so helpful in providing late check-out, and giving us help in contacting doctors etc. Great location two blocks from the beach, and easy stroll to restaurants and the shops etc. Family rooms were a great size for us. One thing that needs looking at is the bathroom design - which is set up as a wetroom - so not only does taking a shower flood the whole bathroom (the shower area isnt pitched so that the water flows back into the drain), as the doors arent flush to the floor, it runs the main rooms as well (you have to block the doors up with towels to keep the water where it should be!). Overall though - great little hotel, would stay there again.

We had an amazing stay and enjoyed the spa services and the peaceful indoor pool.We thought the room was perfect (king size bed, balcony) and the staff at the front desk were very warm and friendly. The hotel is located at Carnac plage and there are many restaurants and charming little shops within walking distance. Definitely will come here again en famille!

We enjoyed the new furnishings of this hotel. The room was comfortable and we liked having a separate sitting room. Bathroom was modern, great shower. Mostly quiet, but with no air control in the room, we had to keep our windows open. This would have been quite nice if it werent for the smokers who congregated below our window at night! We recommend moving the smoking station away from the wall of the hotel.

Hotel was clean and well situated. Staff were friendly and thankfully for me were able to speak English which helped a great deal. Carnac is busy in general so spaces on site were limited and taken fairly quickly. I found the on site restaurant relatively expensive. Rooms are fairly well appointed.
