    This is the kind of stay that makes you feel like old money! Leather and paneling and good drinks at the bar! The staff is absolutely fabulous.

    The front desk staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. They even went out of their way to check if we had left something in our room. The room facilities are comfortable and meet our travel expectations

    Definitely the place to stay if you're looking for a landmark property with so much history behind it. Located in downtown Colorado Springs, close to unique restaurants and one-of-a-kind shopping. Stunning views of Pikes Peak. To top it all off, the staff was Friendly and professional.

    During my stay on multiple occasions the valet staff called my personal phone while I was working late in the evening/night During my stay. Every time I would answer the would hang up and I would have to talk to the front desk who was rude and proceeded to argue with me then finally transferred me to valet where they told me everything was just fine no need to worry just to recieve 2 more calls and have to go through the process of the front desk to get to valet. Everyone was extremely rude . And then when I brought it up to the "manager" all he said was il talk woth them. No courtesy for the customer just rude stuck up snobby people. The head of valet was rude and lacked management skills. To say the least it was the biggest waste of money. There is absolutely nothing special here and the pools are in poor condition. I could have stayed a best western and been treated with better customer service. As a business owner you may want to take a look at your stuck up snoody rude and inconsiderate staff. I left a 1 star review on Google as I left . I stayed at the mining exchange last year where I spent less and received much more antlers is a poor excuse for a high quality hotel in a horrible area . I recommend people spen there money elsewhere.
