Never seen any hotel like this. Guest has stand in the road in scorching heat and reception people talk with guests through a small window. they donot let any guest to go to lobby. This is pathetic. I will never go to this hotel again.

I have videos of this Motel 6 and also the Motel 6 on 10675 south fwy in Ft Worth with bedbugs, roaches, broking window that wouldn't even close with broken lock covered with gray tape to hold it in place so it wouldn't fall completely of its track. I REALLY NEED some PROFESSIONAL GUIDANCE on what can I do????? I had to for the second time TRASH ALL my cloths and things I had with me because bedbugs are the MOST NASTIEST blood sucking infectious disease super fast multiplying bugs ever so someone PLEASE HELP ME PLEASE...
