staff at desk was nice but the lobby was very cold temperature and the coffee at the bar they served to me was old and cold

Room was clean and nice however after leaving out and coming back in my keycard didn't work. Walked all the way to the front retrieved another key card for that one one to work either! The hound lady at the desk was so polite , she walked another card to me ! But it wasn't the card , the keypad itself broke. So I ended up having to move rooms :(
