The room we got put in was 502 and it was a hot mess. It smelled musty and very out dated. The film on the sliding glass door was bubbling and you could not see out. They gave us an option of another room which was fabulous.

Especially Kitchen facilities were satisfied with dishwasher. But there was an extra payment agoda didn’t mention in the booking which is Damage waiver fee ($39.99). I strongly believe agoda should show all the extra expenses for booking so that users can compare the exact price with other hotels.
