    Amazing location right in the heart of the city, with so many attractions, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. The staff were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and always happy to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved the breakfast buffet, it had a great variety and was delicious. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

    As a Townsville local - my husband and I have stayed at this hotel a few times for a night away together and previously enjoyed our stay. This visit was the most disappointing. Check in was excellent and early, however the room wasn’t as clean as expected, with urine on the toilet seat. Hair in the shower, and didn’t smell great. The interconnecting room was also unlocked, so it was a shock when someone staying next door opened it and walked in. Thankfully this was attended to promptly. The breakfast was also disappointing this time, everything dry and unappealing, cold, and pancake machine empty (it has been every time I’ve visited). Not sure if we will return again after this visit.
