The Room was great I will stay again Great Breakfast staff was very helpful anything you need felt like I was king.

The staff, property and amenities were very nice. The standout was the pool with a tiki "Cheekie" bar, beautiful palm trees and ample seating. I also enjoyed that the room did NOT have any mildew or moldy odors. Unfortunately, that is not a given in the Key West area and this property is free of that. While it is close to the airport, be prepared for very loud jets taking off and landing. Other than that, I will definitely put the HI Key West on my return list of hotels.

Room was very spacious and clean. The omelettes at breakfast were really good. We did not use the pool, however it was a very nice large pool. (Larger than most hotel pools)
We had a bump when we could not get into our room after going out on a tour. However, one of the cleaning ladies called and maintenance came and changed out the battery in the door within 15 minutes then all was well. Bed was comfortable. The one negative that I will say was the shower floor was way too slippery. It needs to be roughed up a bit. Very dangerous.
