    The entire staff, especially Adam, was AMAZING! They made our first visit to Montréal a memorable one. They were extremely attentive to our needs and were more than helpful, respectful and pleasant in every one of our interactions with them. They were constantly on-point with re-stocking breakfast items, and cleaning up tables for the next guests, all with smiles on their faces! We will DEFINITELY be coming back for future visits!

    Hotel are very kind allowing us to check in early. Location is great. Walking distance to old Montreal, Chinatown, and villa.

    Room cleaning is done only on alternate days, and that sucks, its a disgrace to the montreal brand

    I lost my eyeglasses when I left it inside the taxi. I asked the Front Desk supervisor (bald guy) for help but he did not want to help me. So I ended up buying a new pair. He even had the nerve to ask me if I was able to retrieve my eyeglasses.
