I can honestly say that our stay at the Cascades was not worth the money we paid. We have previously stayed at the Cabanas and the Palace, and without hesitation, the Palace remains the highest on my recommendation list. However, when realistically comparing pricing between the Cabanas and the Cascades, the Cabanas is clearly the better option, as you receive essentially the same offerings for more than half the price.
Unfortunately, the Cascades is in need of serious upgrades. Some of the furniture is damaged, and overall, the condition does not justify the cost. That said, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and I have no negative comments regarding their service.
We also experienced a wait of more than 40 minutes to be seated for breakfast. Once seated, we noticed that the patio furniture was stacked very untidily in one corner, despite it being a beautiful day. I don’t understand why guests were not seated on the patio, as this could have significantly reduced the long waiting time.
Additionally, the masseuse on duty at the pool was extremely rude. She was frequently absent from her station, and when I contacted the spa to ask where she was, she returned visibly irritated and spoke to me in an unacceptable manner, stating that I had gotten her into trouble. That was never my intention, and her response was completely unprofessional.
We have stayed at Sun City many times, and this has been the worst experience to date. Unfortunately, I would not recommend the Cascades.

Too expensive for what it is, concierge was below average - asked us to scan the qr code and see what's to do and maps of the place , that was the end. Great experience and the list city golf course , very friendly staff all round
