The room was clean, the carpets felt comfortable, the breakfast was nice and hot with more options than the usual continental. The beds were a little firm, but comfortable enough. Great stay.

TV would be a good picture then it would pixelate for awhile. It did that off and on all evening. Very frustrating.

The good: Large, comfortable room. Great shower temperature and pressure. Comfortable bed, AC worked well and temperature of room was good. Good parking. The Bad: there were shorts, I guess from a previous guest, left in the room. The room had a musty smell. Coffee pot was dusty. This made us question the cleanliness of the room.

This Best Western is an exceptional value. From the courteous and helpful staff to the clean and well maintained rooms to the many adjacent restaurant options to the hot breakfast, it all makes for a very pleasant stay at a darn good price!

Room was neat. A little older in decor. The window sheer was ripped in multiple places. While the tub lower area and toilet was clean, the shower walls had multiple pubic hairs on them. The shower curtain appeared to have multiple spots of black mold.

Carpet was dirty and dusty, baseboards had so much dust on them I could have written my name on them. furniture dusty. Cigarette buds all outside on walkways and in front of my door. Bed was clean but not much else. Walkways were chipped and stone was loose and coming off.

The grandkids and I had a wonderful stay, though it was only overnight. The beds were extremely comfortable, which made grandma VERY happy! We had a wonderful night's rest. The kids were super excited to see breakfast had a waffle maker!

There were dirty clothes left from the people before us, I cleaned up water from the carpet and the towel was dark brown, housekeeping kept coming by super early to clean the room, the pool was out of service, the washer and dryer was out of service, where the ice machine is located isn’t shown very well

It was the perfect location for our weekend travel ball tournament. The front desk lady was phenomenal. She made our check in and check out very easy. We were even able to check in early which really helped us avoid the heat during an off period of the tournament. Breakfast was provided which was very convenient. The beds were a little hard, but overall a great place for an overnight stay.

Beds were very comfortable. Our original room smelled like cigarette smoke but the front desk staff apologized and immediately gave us another room which was clean and comfortable. Good breakfast, and it starts at 5am which is great for hitting the road early. Perfect for just a one night stay on the road

The property was fine. Our check-in was a little difficult as as had changed our reservation through Expedia to check-in a day early. The clerk did not want to check our phone to check the new confirmation for the change. She finally figured out there was a change and discovered the night person has not done their job correctly. She was courteous throughout the whole process and apologetic as to the error.

Checking in was simple and the staff was nice. The room was a little disappointing though. It was not really clean when we entered and after checking things could tell it was in need of a deep clean. The biggest thing was probably the mildew in the bathroom.
