    Initially we were given the wrong room type. Then we had to wait almost 3 hours for the correct room. The pool could use some attention. They ran out of certain food items the first day. Snack center in lobby area was a desert, literally NOTHING available. The manager, while not "mean", could use more s training when dealing with customers. Hotel in need of a deep cleaning but the rooms weren't bad. Our pull out sofa wasn't working properly and we had to wait for a truck to arrive to receive linen for it at 9p.
