    We reserved online on our way home from Colorado after reading reviews with some showing deplorable and some okay and it was cheap at ***. Pulled in and and I told my husband “ this doesn’t look good” but was willing to check it out. Trash bagged outside the door, a dead bug right inside the door, mirrors were splattered, brown drainage dried on the sink and a hair in the ancient tub. We let them show us another room but it was no better. I could deal with outdated but not outdated and dirty.

    Unprofessional. Dirty rooms, saw a cockroach. Hairs in the shower. Broken microwave. Stains on the sheets. No cable with the tv. No internet. No customer service that would fix an issue. Bought a king bed & gave me a double bed room. Broken door, with gaps on the bottom. Duct tape around top door window. No breakfast, when they have a breakfast room. Room smelled bad. No help after hours, unless you knocked on another room the workers were sleeping at. And they still said they could help out or change anything. I ended up just leaving & found another place I was so grossed out.
