We slept very well. Everything we needed was provided. The air conditioner was quiet. The breakfast provided plenty of food, including proteins. Staff were personable and conscientious. No complaints. Great experience.

Location is fabs, walking distance to The Tanger Outlets, grocery store , convenience stores , restaurants etc , staff very accommodating & friendly, cleanliness ahh a 7.5/10, , rates A lil on the Higher end but the convenience of location = Wprth It ! B-Fast could be Bettet and please possibly a different variety sometimes, pets welcome (25$ deposit) ( $50 incidental deposit) average rates *** weekdays & *** weekends

This was an overnight stay. We arrived at 2 am to the property. Checked into the room and immediately saw a cockroach in the room coming out from the AC vents. Went down immediately to the front desk, and they offered us an option of a refund (impractical to find a new room at a new hotel at 2 am) or a king room (which would not be adequate for our party of 4) as they were fully booked. They explicitly told us they are unable to offer any bug spray as they use an external pest control company, which was unavailable due to the time of night. They apologized and said the cockroach is likely due to the recent rains and assured us (including reasserting this by the AM front desk manager during checkout) that they will authorize a discount/refund if we write to Agoda after our stay. However, after contacting Agoda, now they are refusing to honor their commitment and claim that this incident did not occur. Such behavior is dishonest and reflects a lack of accountability. We checked out in the morning so did not use the facilities beyond an essential stay. The desk staff person was friendly and tried to help in their limited capacity but she said she could not offer much beyond some sort of discount or refund.
