The only problem I encountered was that because I booked third party, they weren't flexible with my request to allow my cousin to check in on my behalf becauseI was running late and she needed to get dressed before the wedding. I had to stop, respond to the email request before she was allowed in the room. She drove over 3 hrs. and I drove over 5 hrs. and had lost 1 hrs. because I was coming from TN.

Charming Scottish themed lodge, with friendly helpful staff.

The staff was excellent and accommodating. The rooms were very nice, looked newly renovated. It was quiet and clean. Easy access to Beech Mountain, Sugar Mountain and other towns.
