    The hotel room was so dirty and the bedsheets on my bed was full of stains that looks like urine all over the bed! It was so disgusting! I can’t imagine seeing an old stained bedsheet on my bed in USA! It’s nasty When I called front desk they told to come and grab bedsheets and go fixed it myself and this got me angry. I really have more to report

    I didn't find this out until check in, but BEWARE THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY $100 HOLDING FEE, IN WHICH YOU ONLY GET$75 BACK B/C $25 GOES TO FEES!!!!!! The location for the hotel was great. It was 6 minutes from the port. Being put on the Pent House floor does not mean you get a pent house room. The room was super small and there was no microwave. The beds were small as well. The only good thing was that my and my sister's room were connected. Valet was $40 to $60. You have to park in a parking garage that's 3 or four blocks away. If you park there, it is $15 for 24 hours BUT, you have to pay $15 each time you leave out even if it's been less than 24hrs. So make sure don't need to go in and out. If you're staying one night just to get to the cruise port it's ok but not for more than one night.
