My wife and I got into Columbus at 9:00 AM on a plane. After flying all night we were tired. This motel let us into our room a little after 12:00 instead of the scheduled time of 2:00. We were very grateful.

Guests were loud and a dog in next room barked all night. No trash removal or clean towels until checkout. Asked for towels and was told they needed requested before 5pm but no signs for guests to know. No smoke detectors. No security locks on doors.

Floors went swept. Tv remote was broke. Bathroom door wouldnt close. And a train track next to the motel that had a freight train go through about wvery hour all night. No phone in room. No ashtray. No ice machine. Fridge didnt work.

The gentleman who checked us in was friendly enough. The staircase to the upstairs rooms looked like it would fall apart at any moment, and the door to my motel room had clearly been kicked in at the bottom in the past.... The room was simple, it wasn't until bedtime that we pulled the covers back to reveal crumbs all over the bed, however the front desk provided us with clean sheets when I brought it to their attention. The bathtub was noticeably stained & appeared dirty, we opted out of using the shower. The air conditioner made some strange sounds all night long, but it worked, despite our doubts. Would not recommend unless you're desperate for a cheap place to sleep.

A friend and I booked a room here. When we arrived the man at the front desk was fine, he checked us in and gave us our key. The room was AWFUL. The door looked like someone had tried to break out. The floor was sticky, you could hear your shoes sticking to it when you walked. The beds- we had 2 double beds- had sheets that clearly hadn’t been washed in some time with weird colored stains and there was hair in the sheets. Burn hole in the quilt covering the bed. The bottom of the door frame was rotted off going into the bathroom. I cannot say enough negative things about this property. We refused to stay and then was only refunded for one of the two nights we had booked. Currently trying to get the other night refunded but the manager at the property is not helpful at all. Truly a terrible experience.

The sheets in the first room was covered in mud, the second and third room that was offered had body hair and bodily stains. The staff wouldn't do anything about the loud drunk person staying outside of one of the rooms. I was told to speak with you here to get my money back.

booked well in advance and requested first floor room for my handicapped husband with NO STAIRS - got there, took HALF AN HOUR for desk person to find room and he still put us on the second floor - stairs were awful, it was raining and the stairs and handrails were all wet, my husband had a very hard time. other issues - no chain lock (and a bunch of holes in the door and on jam where previous locks had been) and very little parking available. room itself just o.k.. but will not stay here again due to request being ignored.

The motel is next to train tracks that run constantly throughout the day, very noisy. Also, the door to me room had a gap between the door and the door frame allowing bugs to enter the room. No shampoo, only soap. The inside of the refrigerator was filthy.

I ask for a different room they switch it to a another dirty room so i ask for cleaning beding the guy at the front won't give me his name but made sure he said this isn't the Hilton we don't keep clean bed???? Wait what so sad. The picture online or very different as well. They get 0 from me and my family

We snagged this room on the way to our family vacation, paid $80 for the room, not terrible all things considered, was made to pay a $50 holding fee on top of the nightly cost. Got to the room, it smells so heavily of cigarette smoke (our family is smoke free of every kind) the room was supposed to be a non-smoking room. Not only that but we immediately got here and there was a roach on the wall, thankfully we only found the one, & also thankfully, the beefs aren’t comfortable but, there are no bed bugs, small victories I guess. All in all, I got what I paid for I guess, just be cautious when booking here.

Avoid this property. Extremely dirty. Run down. Definitely drug dealing and prostitution happening. Homeless sleeping in the walkways. Felt very unsafe most of the time. Property should be shut down and sold to people who care.

I am so upset that pushing upload photos do not actually open a link so i can upload photos! The first night getting to the motel we noticed some scuff looking stains under the pillows and light tan stains at the bottom of the sheet. We slept fully clothed and the next day asked fpr fresh sheets

The room was filthy. Dirt all over the floor, urine on the toilet seat, large clumps of hair in the shower stall, the sheets were dirty, you could see the outdoors around the door frame—I don’t mean cracks of light I mean you could see outside the 1 inch gaps. We opened rthe door looked around and immediately searched for a new place to stay. I was kind enough to pay for one night out of the 4 due to their inconvenience, my husband thought that was too much.

strange place. bad TV reception when I first got there. was told all rooms were like that. ceiling in bathroom came down. they tried to get me to keep room saying it was usable. was moved to room with very good TV reception, and good ceiling in bathroom.

Upon arrival we noticed the deadbolt latch was broken. Going into the bathroom, the tile floor was dirty and there was a fabric softener sheet hanging from the ventilation fan that was covered in dust. The shower itself had no tub but was just an extension of the bathroom floor with a curtain. The hot water lasted about 2 minutes before turning lukewarm and, soon after, cold. In addition to that, the microwave and the refrigerator was unclean. I’ve stsyed in other Motel 6’s and had a great experience. This room and location was simply terrible.

I have stayed at this hotel before and the staff has always been very nice. But if you do not know the area, it can feel a little bit unsafe outside. Other than that, you get what you pay for and they allow dogs.. I will most likely be back

You get what you pay for but this one was still worth it. Only problems were trouble with the water temperature.And there was no cover on remote so I had to occasionally adjust the batteries. Otherwise everything was good and clean and more than sufficient for a solo traveler.
