    I had adjoining rooms for our group of four, which included two 13-year-old teens and their caregiver. Initially, the bathroom was quite disappointing; it had a very dreary appearance, and the lighting required improvement. The toilet, sink, and shower were all squeezed into one space. The toilet itself appeared outdated, and we had to flush it manually. However, the room service and in-room dining were excellent. We arrived quite late in the evening. There was no espresso machine, and the mini fridge or bar was empty; overall, the hotel was truly disappointing.

    They say one child is free of charge, but they don’t mention that it is valid only when the child sleeps at the current beds ! When asked for an additional bat, they asked for half of the room price as an additional fee !!! or they propose to upgrade, which was a double price, which has no sense at all!!!
