    The room was comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a very convenient and enjoyable stay in Osaka. I would happily stay here again.

    From check-in to check-out everything was a smooth process. Great location for what I needed and staff were very polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

    I had adjoining rooms for our group of four, which included two 13-year-old teens and their caregiver. Initially, the bathroom was quite disappointing; it had a very dreary appearance, and the lighting required improvement. The toilet, sink, and shower were all squeezed into one space. The toilet itself appeared outdated, and we had to flush it manually. However, the room service and in-room dining were excellent. We arrived quite late in the evening. There was no espresso machine, and the mini fridge or bar was empty; overall, the hotel was truly disappointing.
