    The hotel was very good, clean and friendly staff. The only thing was they did not service the room, 3ven though I put the sign on my door. Food was really good Lots of parking

    Travelling for business. Hotel was clean, comfortable, great location for what I needed, good value and the staff were friendly. I have no reservations about staying here again when working in Maidstone.

    Room was clean, so was the bathroom, sheets and towels. booked a single upgraded to a double, windows could be opened. Free parking on the night I stayed.

    Stayed at this hotel for the weekend with my partner. The room was filthy with faeces up the wall down the side of my bed. The shower was so dirty that I never used it & I was bitten alive by bedbugs. Also whilst there a 20 yr old lad was approached by a man in his 50’s to go back to his room by slipping a note under the door. The young lad was so frightened he slept with a chair against his door. The management were rude & not interested in any complaints. Even after emailing the CEO who displays no customer service skills, this really is a place to avoid. With Nonces & filthy rooms, this place needs shutting down. I will be taking this matter further & seeking media attention.
