- This is a lived in space, expect normal wear and tear of a beloved home.
- The colors of the bedding and furniture may change over time and may differ from the photos
We require government issued ID for all guests.
The apartment is on a 2nd floor with just 1 flight of stairs to go up.
Street Parking - Please follow NYC parking rules about alternative side parking.
While there is free street parking, finding parking is not guaranteed and can be difficult at times
- Unfortunately, we don't offer early check in or late check out (or luggage drop off) so please make sure you are okay with this before booking.

Our stay was perfect it wasn't far from where my family and the funeral was and it was clean and comfortable are over and stay was good.
