• Pet Fee – $99 per pet, per stay (only charged when a guest brings an approved pet).
• Early Check-in Fee – $99 for 2 PM check-in, $199 for 11 AM check-in. Guests may enter early, but the cleaner will still be present and working during these hours.
• Late Check-out Fee – $99 for 1 PM checkout, $199 for 3 PM checkout. Guests may remain in the home during this time, but the cleaner will still arrive and be working.
• Pool Heating Fee – $99 per reservation, only when requested.
• Additional Guest Fee – $25 per night per extra guest beyond 8 guests.
These fees are optional and avoidable, as they only apply if guests request the related amenity or exceed the standard occupancy and stay terms.

This was the perfect space for our large cruise group and the host was responsive and accommodating.

The house was spacious. But overall we left a bit unsatisfied. The location was not what we expected- nothing was within walking distance- not even a convenience store. There were not enough bath towels for the number of guests we had. We also arranged for a late checkout out - at 3 pm - and at 11 am a group of 8-10 people walked into the house for their early check in. There was poor communication with the host regarding this.
