Wir waren nun zum 2. Mal in der Nordseeoase Whg.1. Im letzten Jahr mussten wir wegen dem Wasserschaden in die Wohnung darüber.
Nun sehe ich, dass die obere renovierte Wohnung um 2 € günstiger ist, als die nicht renovierte Whg.1 ?
Im Vergleich zu 2019 zahlen wir für die gleiche Wohnung 130 € mehr:
Selbst der Hund wurde von 35 € auf 56 € erhöht ??? Wofür ? Der Hund macht nicht mehr Schmutz als vorher oder benötigt keine zusätzliche Energie. Man kann die Coronaausfälle und Energiepreise bis zum gewissen Grad noch verstehen, aber der Hund ?
Dieses Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht mehr gerechtfertigt, vor allem wenn eine renovierte Wohnung günstiger ist als eine Unrenovierte. Unten wird wohl immer nur das Nötigste ausgebessert, wie im Bad. Nach dem Wasserschaden haben wir nun gehofft, dass das Bad gleich komplett renoviert wird, aber Fehlanzeige. Das Schlimmste aber ist, dass sich in der Dusche nun der Schimmel ausbreitet (siehe Foto). Sowas geht gar nicht. Und so etwas sieht eine Endreinigungsfirma nicht ?
Das leidige Thema Endreinigung. Oberflächlich ist alles ok, aber wenn man länger da ist und an diese oder jende Stelle kommt, sieht man das wahre Ausmaß. Zum Beispiel waren jedesmal, in jeder der Wohnungen mindestens 2 Glühbirnen kaputt. Letztes Jahr standen wir oben in der Wohnung in der Küche im Dunkeln. Wie kann man im Dunkeln eine Küche sauber machen, zumal letztes Jahr noch verstärkt Coronaregeln galten und wir nur mit Test anreisen durften.
Dieses Jahr wieder 2 Birnen kaputt. In der Stehlampe hängt Spinngewebe und die Kabelenden hängen aus dem Stecker heraus. Da kann man nur hoffen, dass mal kein Kind daran zieht und einen Stromschlag bekommt. Der Fernseher vorn sauber, hinten eine dicke Staubschicht.
Die Couch ist oberflächlich ok, aber wenn man darauf schlafen möchte und die Kissen weg nimmt, riecht sie muffig, sodass man nicht darauf schlafen möchte. Am Rand der Couch (etwas darunter) lag ein alter Hundeknochen, den wohl auch niemand gesehen hat.
Am Küchentresen sind mehrere Fliesen ab. Für den (älteren) Kamin findet man nirgends eine Anleitung. Die neueren Kamine sind leicht zu bedienen, hier sieht es komplizierter aus, zumal der Russ schon an der Aussenwand klebt und man keinen Rauch im Raum haben möchte.
Ich hatte auch mehrmals angesprochen, ob es nicht möglich ist einen Bewegungsmelder an der Außenbeleuchtung anzubringen. Nicht nur der Weg vom Parkplatz wird bei Glatteis sicherer, man findet dann vor allem das Schlüsselloch, dass man im Dunkeln regelrecht ertasten muss. Wenn man dann endlich im Flur ist, braucht man kein Aussenlicht mehr. Vor allem wäre es auch wesentlich sparsamer, da sich das Licht nach geringer Brennzeit allein ausschaltet. Die Mieter, die jetzt oben eingezogen sind, gingen spät abends mit ihrem Hund nochmal raus und haben das Aussenlicht die ganze Nacht brennen lassen, ebenso das Flurlicht nach oben, Das brannte den ganzen Tag. Das zahlen letztendlich alle Mieter. Auch hier würde sich ein Bewegungsme

Die Wegbeschreibung des Hauses könnte besser gestaltet sein.
Die Ausstattung der Küche, kein Dosenöffner vorhabenden.
Es leider auch ein paar schmutzige Gläser in den Schränken.
Im großen und ganzen würden wir die Wohnung gerne wieder buchen wollen.

Die Lage ist top.
Es ist etwas alles in die Jahre gekommen könnte mal etwas modernere Möbel hin. Im Garten sollte vill auch was für die Kinder sein. Ansonsten ist es sehr schön dort gewesen.
