"Sanddorn" Detached House in St. Peter-Ording
With a spacious 105 m², up to 7 people can enjoy an unforgettable vacation in this detached single-family home featuring an elegant, Nordic ambiance. The vacation home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac between the neighborhoods of Bad and Dorf. The Bad spa district, with its countless restaurants, cafés, and shopping options, is about a 15-minute walk away. There you’ll also find the popular Dünentherme spa and the endless sandy beach that borders the incomparable North Sea. The vacation home features a spacious, furnished terrace and a garden plot of approximately 500 m². Thanks to its location and amenities, the vacation home is particularly well-suited for family vacations or vacations with families of friends. Children are warmly welcome here and can play in the private garden. You’re also welcome to bring your dog on vacation.
The vacation home’s large living room is bright and inviting, featuring a cozy seating area with two comfortable sofas and two comfortable rocking chairs. A flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi provide multimedia entertainment in this maritime-themed room, and the dining table offers plenty of space for the whole family. The modern kitchen, which opens onto the living room, is very well equipped. Amenities include a ceramic cooktop and oven, a refrigerator, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a coffee maker. A refrigerator with a freezer compartment is also available. There are two separate seating areas at the counter. The upper floor of the vacation home features 3 bedrooms. One is furnished with a 160x200 cm double bed and a wardrobe; another features a 160x200 cm double bed, a single bed, a flat-screen TV, and a wardrobe. The third bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe.
Both floors are equipped with a shower room and a toilet.
A washing machine, dryer, and ironing supplies are available in a separate room under the sloped roof. Cars can be parked on the property, and the garage can also be used for bicycles or e-bikes. A wallbox for electric cars (Type 2 connection/11 kWh charge; an additional €5 per day is charged) is available.

Schönes, großes Haus in guter Lage - mit dem Fahrrad ist man schnell in allen Ortsteilen. Schön wäre, wenn alle Schlafzimmerfenster ein Fliegengitter hätten und die Wallbox am Haus auch von den Gästen genutzt werden kann. Uns hat das Haus so gut gefallen, dass wir gleich für nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht haben. Abwicklung über die Agentur lief problemlos.

Wie hätte ein paar Punkte, die man prüfen sollte.
Ganz wichtig! Haustür lässt sich nur mit dem Schlüssel verschließen, sprich win Zuziehen ist nicht möglich, da die Tür nur durch abschließen verriegelt.
Licht in der Küche und auf der Terrasse mit Wackelkontakt.
Klettergerüst für Kinder in fraglichen Zustand und sollte geprüft werden.
Die oben genannten Punkte sind lediglich Hinweise, denn sonst haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Wenn wir uns etwas wünschen dürften, dann wären es Fliegengitter in den Schlafzimmern.
