"Residenz 15" Vacation Apartment in St. Peter Ording
This 40-square-meter, one-room vacation apartment—renovated in late 2020—is located on the 2nd floor and can accommodate 2 people with a baby up to 3 years old. Perfect for outpatient spa treatments, accompanying a patient on a spa stay, or a romantic getaway for two. The south-facing balcony overlooking the garden offers space for sunbathing and relaxing. To the side, the captivating ocean view draws you toward the North Sea beach.
The modern living and sleeping area combines comfortable, elegant, and practical furnishings to create a pleasant, bright atmosphere. A comfortable double bed with a spring mattress, along with cozy seating and a dining area, make the living room multifunctional. A large flat-screen TV is provided. Free Wi-Fi is available. The well-equipped kitchenette is connected to the living area via a small counter.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and electric kettle.
The bathroom in this very centrally located vacation rental features a bathtub and toilet.

Lage toll, Wohnung sehr schön aber es fehlen ein paar Kleinigkeiten z.B. scharfe Messer. Bei dem Aufenthalt von 3 Wochen hätten wir gerne mal frische Bettwäsche gehabt. Ganz Große Kritik an den Hausmeister hatte in der Zeit mehrmals Urlaub und war zwar erreichbar aber nicht vor Ort. Wenn er vor Ort war dann zwischen 7 und 8 Uhr eine unangemessene Zeit wenn man im Urlaub ist. Und beim Kauf von den Waschmarken für die Waschmaschine + Trockner mussten wir pro Marke 3,50 Euro zahlen (absolut teuer) als er dann mal nicht vor Ort war konnten wir die Marken dann auch bei Appartements St. Peter Ording GmbH, Wittendüner Allee 19, 28526 St. Peter Ording erwerben für 0,50 Euro (kein Schreibfehler). UNGLAUBLICH aber Wahr !!

Die Beschreibung der Wohnung als renoviert würde ich eher als teilrenoviert bezeichnen. Der Balkon ist leider sehr sehr klein was aus der Beschreibung auch nicht hervorgeht. Auch die Sauberkeit vor allem im Bad ist ausbaufähig. Viele Stellen wurden länger nicht geputzt.
