Our property manager will welcome you in the lobby, orient you, provide instructions on how to use the equipment, and arrange for optional daily or weekly housekeeping, grocery shopping, and optional cooking services. Children are welcome! No smoking or pets, please.
This property features a prepaid electricity system, allowing you to pay only for the electricity you use. Each rental includes an initial credit that lasts 4–6 days, depending on the use of the A/C and other appliances. Subsequent charges are the responsibility of the renter. You can top up your credit in the lobby with the concierge; charges are 180 usd.

Our family of 10 spent a week here and loved the location and this beautiful penthouse. The floor to ceiling windows that go out to the wrap around deck allow you to watch the sun rise over the mountains and the sunset over the ocean. The rooms are spacious with beautiful views and comfortable beds. We had two babies and there is a highchair, playpen, and crib available which was very convenient. Carlos was quick to answer any questions we had and was very accommodating to our needs. This is the perfect unit for a large family or several couples and we will definitely be returning.

Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations and all prior experiences. Carlos was an outstanding host and was always available. The condominium met all our needs and was just like being at home, away from home. It is located in reasonable distance to all essential things you might need or want. I would rate our stay, the host, the location, and Puerto Vallarta very highly relative to other places I've stayed around the world.
